Worst customer service!  Hold times are 45 mins to an hour long. You have to repeat everything like your name, company, travel dates, now where are you going, what were the dates again?  Then they email your itinerary to you in an .ICS type file format, which is an iCalendar file, which is worthless!!  What happened to just sending a normal pdf?

Absolutely horrible customer service. They rarely answer phones, hold times are for hours. Use someone else, this place simply doesn't care about customer service.

The staff is awesome from the moment you walk through the door. And the food follows suit! Sebastian took very good care of us with great suggestions. We had  ceviche as an appetizer, very nice flavors and not too much onion as a filler. My wife had the shredded beef enchiladas with yellow rice with black beans; I had the carnitas plate. Both plates were wonderful! Complex flavors yet well balanced Mexican food... Not Tex-Mex for sure. With all the options in Daytona Beach make sure this one is at the top of your list!

Company does not seem legit.

I loved this job and lost it due to childcare issues but this is an AMAZING company to work for. I would do anything to have my position back

Myself and a friend applied to work here. We had both submitted our virtual recorded interview answers over the weekend, and waited until the following week, on Tuesday, to follow-up on the status of our applications. The HR representative who was our point of contact was very rude. We were not aware at the time that apparently they can't give out that information, but the HR representative made it more than clear in her attitude that we were to be patient and just wait to hear back from them. I called, before knowing I was to just wait, and was met with a very dissmissive and unpleasant demeanor, meanwhile my friend sent an email. She was almost immediately rejected after submitting her email and was told they could not give feedback. Then that same day, she was sent another application offer to apply because they said it was an "error" for her to have gotten a rejection. I honestly don't know that I could trust their hiring process any longer after what we had experienced from this. I was turned down the following day by the HR representative I spoke with, and maybe that was a blessing in disguise.
