BAD EXPERIENCE.  The agent Jorge Duran with Travel Leaders booked a cruise with 3 rooms for us April 2016.  What he promised on the phone and what we actually received when we were on board were VERY different.  He promised us pre-paid gratuities (about $90/person x 6 people =  $544) which is why I booked with him.  Of course he told me there is no way to verify this until I board the ship. To my surprise when I board the cruise, Royal Caribbean has no record of these pre-paid gratuities.   Needless to say I am quite unhappy with this travel agency and will post negative reviews anywhere I can online to help others avoid this same hassle.  AVOID at all costs working with Jorge Duran at Travel Leaders (also goes under the name Cruise Vacation Centers ).
