It's very great and awesome vacations in Jeffery's rentals home! First: my wife and me are french so we try to write this review in english without traduction.
So, the home is very clean, the decoration is very beautiful, looks like own home! The kitchen is big and useful. The must? Take the breakfast/brunch on the terrace nearby swimmig-pool! This last is heated and clean. At the night, colors led lights(blue, red, green, etc...) are on and give a nice atmosphere, zen, cool! The location is calm and good, take 10 minutes walking to go to Walgreen, 10-12 minutes in car to beach and Airport of Fort Lauderdale and 40 minutes to Miami.

The home is nice, ok, but the owner Jeffery too! He is very attentive about his customers. One day in our rent, we came back of Everglades and find a bottle of champagne he offered us. To thank him, we shared it with him. And finally, just before we come home in France, Jeffery invited us to spend good time in the best pub of Wilton Drive and a french restaurant very good. Jeffery became a Friend since these wonderful holidays at Wilton Manors and it's with pleasure to we will start again this experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Avenue Ten.  My family and I just wanted to get away for some sunshine and this was the perfect spot. The home was beautiful and we loved the pool area.  We had dinner out on the screen porch several nights and explored some of the neighborhood restaurants other nights. We enjoyed Mind Your Manors and Thirteen Even.  Both we very good. 

We went to the beach several days which was only about a 10 minute drive.  The other the days we just stayed at the pool which was very convenient. 

The rental process went very smoothly and was handled very professionally.  The manager, Miguel , greeted us when we arrived which made it so nice as we got a short orientation of how everything worked. We had to call him for one minor issue and he stopped by and fixed it in a very timely manner.

All in all it was a great vacation. I would highly recommend this property.

I stayed at Avenue 10 with my father and a couple of my grandkids for a week. It was a great experience. It was so nice to have the family all in one place, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax wherever they wanted. The kids loved playing  in the pool, and we love just hanging out in the sunshine.

 We did a quite a bit of walking in the neighborhood and found some great restaurants. A couple of days we drove to the beach and did a little exploring of Fort Lauderdale. It's a beautiful area. 

 The hosts, reservation staff, and manager were all very helpful in helping us set up the vacation. Once we arrived they were very gracious and everything went very smoothly. 

I would definitely come back to this Home again, or would try some of their other properties.

Just back from an amazing vacation at Avenue Ten.  I couldn´t get over the interiors - so comfortable and stylish.  It had everything 

We spent every afternoon in the private pool - everything was all just for us!  The gardens were so lush and green and peaceful.

The other best part was the location - we walked everywhere and got to try some incredible restaurants in the neighborhood.  

Jeffery has several homes in the neighbourhood and we already booked next year at France House.  Can´t wait!

We recently returned from renting a Jeffery Hill Wilton Manors flat. It was a perfect fit for us as two sizable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a private pool and patio (shared by 3 adjoining flats) were more than we could have asked for while visiting grandchildren. Within easy walking distance to Stork, the hippest coffee shop ever, and a fun downtown we had plenty to do! A short drive or bike ride to Olas and Lauderdale by the Sea was yet another option which we explored over the busy Easter weekend. Help was available every day for any questions or concerns, openly friendly and a joy to chat with. We will be returning to Ft. Lauderdale Vacation Rentals by Jeffery Hill because we were treated with kind hospitality and a clean, homey and beautifully decorated atmosphere.
