I met Melissa from Travel Leaders at a community event; she and her company were a god send a day later.  My husband and I had to make a sudden trip to Phoenix and were having a tough time finding a reasonable flight.  I called Melissa!  She remembered meeting me and within a couple hours we had a flight all arrange!  Travel Leaders and especially Melissa were great to work with, Melissa promptly returned calls and had our best interest in mind knowing we needed to get to Phoenix quickly. I worked with Amanda, and she was extremely helpful as I planned the vacation of a lifetime with my kids.  She had a lot of helpful suggestions,  information to share,  and ideas of fun activities to do.  She booked everything and made got everything we wanted to do to fit in our schedule. We had a great time at a beautiful place, and I will certainly use Amanda again to help with future travel plans! I recommend reaching out to Travel Leaders and Amanda!

Marcie, Rhonda and staff were extremely helpful and did an outstanding.  Marcie provided us with a discount code, with us not asking for one, that saved us some money on our recent trip to the DR.  Would not have saved this money if I booked trip on my own.  It's the little things like that this example that make a big difference and why I will be in touch with them again when planning my next trip.  Great job!

Travel Leaders (Marcie) was wonderful at helping us decide the best place to travel in Playa del Carmen.  Our resort exceeded my expectations.  The transfers from the airport to the resort were seamless as was all communication before the trip.  Every question was answered immediately and she made sure we knew what to expect, where to go and made me feel at ease.  I highly recommend using Travel Leaders and plan to do so again.

If I could give a negative star rating that would be appropriate.
My mother dealt with Jody in the past and she did an amazing job. Thank God she was wise enough to move on from Travel Leaders.
Since then, I reached out to Melissa in search of a cruise and gave her all the specifics we were looking for with no response so then after waiting about a month I called back and explained to Marcie the situation and all the specifics again and what does she do, pass me on to Amanda that has done the same thing as Melissa, Nothing.
I guess what my mother and I are in search of isn't extravagant enough or we aren't spending enough money to tempt them to assist us.
