Mandi helped us plan our week long vacation to Jamaica. She was extremely responsive in answering all of our questions and she listened to all of the things we wanted in a resort in Jamaica. A week before we were set to leave we noticed that the weather looked like there would be high chances of rain in Jamaica (which is not the usual in March) and she talked to us on a Saturday evening after we called her and found two additional options in Mexico so we could change our trip (we had traveler's insurance). She talked us down, put us at ease and we stuck with Jamaica. Although there was some rain and a few cloudy days, it was an amazing trip! The instructions that Mandi sent us, including "Mandi's Tips" were easy to follow and helped us relax through the stress of traveling and navigating a new airport and new country. While we were in Jamaica we had an issue with getting our resort credits-one email to Mandi and she was on the phone with them the next day and had it all sorted out for us by the end of the afternoon. I highly recommend Mandi to anyone who is looking to plan their vacation. We can't wait to plan our next vacation with her!

We have used Sarah for years now, and she has always been super friendly and exceptionally helpful. We have done great trips (San Diego, Bermuda, Japan) with lovely accommodations that she has offered. We also have had many incidents of crisis in the family, with plans and planes that needed rebooking and she has always saved us from the chaos. We just don't know what we would do without her! Best travel agent ever!
