was sorry to read about the lady who had trouble with her travel plans with Ron.  We used Janine and she did a fabulous job.  We went to Hawaii with two of our children and their families. Stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Kauai, Upscaled and a great time had by all, specially the 5 grandchildren.  Thanks Janine.

I hired Ron to book my trip so i don't have to deal with the hassle, but instead he was not reliable. This guy does not listen to his client. He book my entire trip of 7 with almost everyone last name is mix match. When i call to corrected, he still make mistake on my son's last name and he blame it on me that i don't check. Imagine a mom don't remember her own son last name I did not receive my package until 2 days before my trip and found out he put us in a different Hotel. I was regret using his service with this expensive trip.
