My fiance and I used their agent Susan for a trip to Jamaica that involved ten other people and things went great. I contacted her shortly after that about another trip for just me and my fiance and she never contacted me back. Some time had passed since the last time I spoke with her, and since the first time with the large group had gone well, I thought I'd give her another opportunity to help with our honeymoon to the Philippines this coming April. She said she would put some things together for us and get back with me. That was weeks ago and I haven't  heard from her. Guess you're not a preferred customer unless you can bring in BIG commission from a single trip.
