This Place is kinda in the thick of it. It's right next to a dennys that has a bar in the back of it. There is an element of sketch here (working ladies and some bad habits) but honestly no one is gonna bother you. We literally stayed here waiting for closing on our house and no one broke into our uhaul so, seriously it's not that bad. The staff is pretty accommodating too! You can walk to just about everything even though no one in California walks and you will get weird looks.

Check in was fast with Abby helping me out. She was courteous and informative. No surprises checking in. I also checked in early at 11:30. No problems. The room is clean. Nice bed covers. Comes with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, iron, ironing board, and table+2 chairs. Maid service is always polite and very helpful. The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is not actually the hotels fault. The hotel is located on Florida Ave. Plenty of homeless, and wanna be thugs come thru and it can be an issue. Overall I'm happy with these guys.

I stay here because I knew someone that workes here....
 I checked in a weeks ago( A):  there was a fight outside my room, (B): all night someone trying to open my door and tapping on window (C): security guard top of his voice yelling at transits outside my window for 35 minutes. 
My neighbour Carol katenbrink actually went outuside and asked them to be please be quiet and they argued with her.... Her review s below !!!!
I complained obviously and said I wanted my money back for the 1st day.  I was staying (3) days.
 Offered me $60 dollar room for 2nd day but I told them I wanted my full refund still since I lost sleep that morning and I didn't get rest. They agreed and then I said PLEASE USE MY REFUND  towards my 3rd night stay to the wife manager.   I drive back from LA to check in and no room booked with refund.. And the night girl starts arguing with me because she thinks I'm lying,I show her receipt I got from wife manager and nothing paid $90 that (3rd) night because these guys are ALL NOT ON SAME PAGE..

The manager some young indian guy pretty much told me I'm blocked from renting because I asked for a full refund and he thought $60 dollars was all he had to do.   The fact that I came back to rent from you after that experience I felt disrespected, This guy and his wife and his employees are not on the same page and now I'm outside getting yelled at by this young indan manager at 3am how he will divorce his wife now because she gave me a refund and $60 room and how she is a liar.???  He throws my card , Dl on the floor and walks away like a coward telling me how I'm trying to hustle him out of a free room.... Mind you I've NEVER GOTTEN A FREE NIGHT STAY I've stayed here for past 2yrs when I'm in town.
 NEVER COMPLAINED ALWAYS PAY...  but I got a better rate at a better hotel just because I told them this exact story.. God is good,   you lost one of your most loyal customers for 2yrs over

Rooms were clean.  Location good.  Staff ok.  Parking was a pain.  It's very limited and most of it belongs to Danny's which is next to Travelodge.  Limited parking at your view and then you choice is to park behind or on the other side where there seems to be a vacant mall.  Security drives by every hour.  Not safe
