Housekeeping is nonexistent, I've been here 3 days and my room hasn't been cleaned at all, no clean sheets, no clean towels. There are burn holes in the blanket on the bed. Staff has been nice but I even asked for a couple of clean towels and was told there weren't any at the moment. You can smell marijuana occasionally in the hallway. I wont be back.

The managers are great and very accommodating.no questions correct what issue you may have or move you if necessary to accommodate. 
 However hotel is gross. Cleaning crew didn't even put clean sheets on bed. Let alone bleach anything or sweep or mop for that matter. I went thru room w bleach wipes and it was awful. Juice and drink spots on walls, bathroom beyond disgusting (wipes looked like bathroom hasn't been sanitized in years, dirt and filth - 😱) and carpet needs burned... Food embedded in carpet. Definition of disgusting. 
And to top the cakes w icing... Woke up to a bed bug trying to charge me as well as seen enough cock roaches.  
Should not stay here... Hotel seems to be for people who live there. Renting rooms by the week or month. So not really for people looking for a few night stay. Or anyone who likes and would like to take their belongings back home.

It's improving but really need to spend some money for better internet cause it's always going out and maybe some exercise equipment or video games plus maybe Donut's or cereal or fruit in the morning also new carpet just to bring the place up a bit just use some ideas or a survey on your stay, staff or what would you improve on ?'s print some paperwork, find out what the people are looking for and treat good people good and the bad get rid of which the staff is doing if I was working there this is what I would do how about you???

Ruuuunnnnn!!! If you want to get sleep or even be safe go anywhere but here!! Domestic violence up and down the hallway and the staff hiding in the office while the aggressor attempts to attack other guests as well as myself for walking into the lobby unknowingly
