I rolled into this place at 1 am looking for a decent place to spend the night. The front desk associate was the nicest young lady I've ever been greeted by at a hotel. She got us all checked in quickly and let us know that the steak and shake next door was a cheap place to eat. The room was warm and clean when we got in and the king bed was pretty comfortable. If you're looking for a decent place to crash for the night, this gets it done.

I went there late one night, tired and just wanted to relax. First thing I noticed was the mirror, it was like someone spit their tooth paste all over it. I thought, well it was just a over site, it was forgotten to be done. Then the next day I was in a hurry, I had to go meet someone, my Lord!!: the shower was crusty with red soap scum, and the toilet! OMG no one ever cleaned the sides of it! If I wasn't in such a rush at the time I would have called the front desk to come check out the nasty room. But I must say,the beds looked great! It was comfortable also. That was the only good thing about it. I say, friends find some place else to stay then the one in Beech Grove!!!

The room itself was clean and smelled nice. TV worked a new had a good selection of stations. The heater/air conditioner did not work though. There was no ice in the ice machine. The vending machine (candy) card reader did not work, and the coffee was old. Finally when checking in there must have been issues before I got there as the male employee was very very stressed.

Horrible bed! My fiance and I needed a place to rest, for the night, on way home from Chicago. There was a toenail on the top of bed spread! Hair on air conditioner, bathroom looked as if it hadn't been sweaped properly in weeks, let alone mopped! It was noon smoking, yet burn marks on the sink. And did I mention the bed was horrible! Literally I spend 48 weeks a year in hotels, and this bed was the worst of the worst! And to top it all off there was a Tip envelope on counter! I recommend no one waste there money here, it's been two days and my back still hurts from the bed. But the guy at front desk was informative

Staff needs serious training on customer service. Two old women at the counter showed zero acknowledgment after walking in and after a few minutes one of the old ladies rudely responds with “What do you need?” Don’t dare touch the bell on the counter or she’ll scoff at you. Rooms were clean so good job housekeeping! Neighbors were up at 2 am yelling outside making it difficult for a good nights rest. Overall, horrible service, clean rooms and decent stay.
