I'd give zero stars, but since they actually have the lights on, they get one star.  I've lost money in washers and dryers, and even $10 in the change machine.  I've called multiple times, never get a call back.  I now have to video whenever I use the change machine.  To top it off, half the time they don't have the hot water turned on.  Front entrance has piles of snow blocking it, so you have to step on a compacted and slippery mound of snow to get in.  I guess it's time for a lawsuit?

It's a laundromat, I don't expect much. Relatively clean and seemed like a safe neighborhood; nice view of the Bay FWIW. There's a nice cafe within walking distance. WiFi didn't work. Detergent dispenser ate a dollar so I walked next door and paid a fortune at a tiny drug drug store. There's a mix of ancient and somewhat newer machines. A quarter seems to yield different dry times in different machines.

Soap machine ate my dollar and left me without soap and therefore unable to use the washers

The washers work half the time, had 4 different washers going and literally had to stand at them to make sure they kept going. Then the dryers kept stopping! Had to use the massive ones and waste more money on them. Wont be back here. If you have no other option be sure to ask those already there what machines they used so hopefully yours works
