My mom dropped off one of my dresses to the Lake Michigan Drive location to be cleaned. Upon picking up my dress, we noticed there were 3-4 very large snags in the outer polyester fabric that had not been there prior to dropping it off for cleaning. We filled out a claim and they kept the dress in attempt to fix it. After a couple days, we received a call from the same location stating the dress had been fixed and was available for inspection and pick up. When we got to the location and took a look at the dress, it was as if nothing had ever happened! The dress looked BRAND NEW!!! We were so pleased with the way they fixed their mistake. We were informed that the owner worked on the garment himself and actually rewove the fabric! How awesome! Thank you Sheldon cleaners for the amazing customer service and for fixing your mistake. And to the owner, thank you for taking the time to give my garment some extra TLC and for making it good as new. This was a bad experience turned into a great one!

Response to the response-the dry cleaning was done for my sister (not going to post her name on here. Thank you for responding. So, we needed to get drapes dry cleaned and Sheldon's said they had to send it out of state. That's okay....never received a call or e-mail stating the drapes were back until 2 months later. The lady at Sheldon's said they don't call but e-mail instead-no e-mail received. Anyway, $176 later (for 6 drapes and 3 valiance's) we went to hang them. Oh geez, they need to be steamed since they were very wrinkly. But wait, there's more-one of the drapes has 6 distinct black lines that were not there before and another has an obvious water stain. Other spots did not come out during the cleaning process, either way, one would think $176 would get the stains out. So, despite the other problems, we took only 2 drapes back hoping to be reimbursed. She only offered to re-clean them. Sorry-not going to wait forever for another cleaning much less offer them as a sacrifice since they came back shoddy in the first place. The lady was clearly agitated that we were looking to get $29 back and refused to reimburse. She said (at first) that they do not call when items are done. Then she adamantly stated that she called when the drapes came in 2 months ago. Somewhere she is lying which leads us to figure she has zero integrity. Bottom line-go elsewhere!! TL:DR: This cleaner will take you to the cleaners!

I called this location on the recommendation of another cleaners that I had called (Daybreak Laundry) as I was looking for 1 hour dry-cleaning and they couldn't help me as they didn't have 1 hour service. The lady was kind enough to even tell me where this Sheldon was located. I called this location (I spoke with Denise) and asked if they had 1 hour dry-cleaning and the woman said "No, we don't." She was very curt and rude. I asked nicely if she knew of anywhere that had it that could help me. She stated, "Nope, I don't" and just sat there. I was a little taken aback and I said "Oh, ok and thank you for your help." in a very professional manner. She hung up without even saying goodbye or anything. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't take anything there, ever. I then called the other cleaners back and expressed what had happened and told her I was so thankful for her professionalism and her helpful attitude. She proceeded to tell me how to get the smoke smell out of my coat in a pinch. She stated to hang it outside for a bit and then put it in the dryer with NO heat and a dryer sheet. She said that should do the trick until you can get it in and get it cleaned. She didn't even have a guarantee that I would be bringing it there. She was so sweet and helpful. Sheldon, you should take note and act a little more kind and professional. I will let everyone I know from here on out know how rude and unprofessional this location was.

They destroyed my girlfriend's dress that was worth $200 and wouldn't own up to it... Even after they bad stitched it back together they wouldn't confess. DO NOT GO HERE! If your have to make sure to look all your cloths over before you take them in and when you pick them up. I would even take a picture of it.
