A decent hotel on the strip with value for money. Very neat the Venetian and other hotels which are crowd pullers now. The rooms are spacious but a bit outdated. The room spaces were mostly tidy except too much of dust on the phone. For cleanliness I give only 3 stars. There are a lot of food options with him, the casino area is good. A ' may visit again' place.
The price was right. Rooms were clean, but the bathrooms need a bit of updating. The pool area was OK, too many chairs crowded together and many not occupied. The bartender at the pool was amazing and housekeeping staff friendly. We didn't realize that the hotel was so far down the strip, and with the renovations to the mirage, the tram wasn't running. A fun time with family
Great location, walking distance to all attractions. Good casino. Rooms a little dated but clean, had a nice view of the Ventian. Reception staff nice and they provide early/late check out for a fee which is helpful. Only issue was the bell man. Extremely rude and begging for tips. Offered by reception to store my luggage. The guy on desk outside immediately asked me for a tip as I may not see him later. I gave him $5 and he asked is that it? When I came to reclaim my luggage was a different guy but again same scenario. What does the resort fee go towards certainly not staff when they have to rudely demand tips Nearby activities: Walking distance to most attractions and deuce bus just outside
We just returned from a weekend trip to Vegas and this was our first time staying at TI. First, the service was excellent. They were able to put our 2 adult daughters in an adjoining room and also accommodated me by giving me a room with a walk in shower. The rooms were just right, but I did find the beds very hard. We had a blast at the casino and enjoyed the restaurants on site. We are used to staying more central in the strip but this location was fine as well. Love that they don’t charge guests for parking and again, all the staff were attentive, helpful and kind. Will stay again!
We recently stayed at TI Las Vegas and I was a little apprehensive when we first booked. We hadn't stayed there before and I heard not great things from others, but it was a great price so we decided we'd try it out. First off, the staff is wonderful. Every person we encountered was great. From check in to check out over 4 days we encountered numerous employees happy to be there, welcoming, smiling, and that was awesome. Staff at the restaurants and bars-Fantastic! and even saved us some money. Even the Casino floor attendants we passed along the way were encouraging yes, they love your money, but still. We rented a Cabana for the day by the pool which Brittany and Brianna took excellent care of us all day and we so appreciated the extra attention, kindness, smiles, and gave them some extra love. I would highly recommend renting a Cabana at the pool, service was amazing, it was so relaxing, and those are the friendliest people you could imagine. We will definitely be back next time we plan a trip to Vegas! Rooms: We stayed in a Tower Suite, highly recommended. Lots of room including 2 bathrooms which my husband and I loved. It's actually larger than our son's apartment at college at the moment! Plenty of room including an area to sit and watch the stip and views of the sunrise. Felt like a home away from home but on vacation, so I didn't have to clean. Nearby activities: So many places, it's Vegas after all. Easy access to the strip to walk for sure! Safety: Security was at the elevators many times ensuring no one was going where they shouldn't be. Many staff were around the area as well monitoring. Walkability: Easily accessible to the trip and a short cab or uber to Freemont if you choose.
I will begin by saying I will not be returning to this hotel, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience. While the hotel may be aesthetically pleasing, its policies and the demeanor of its staff are, frankly, unreasonable and unprofessional. I had booked a week-long stay in one of their tower suites. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, my luggage was lost, and I didn’t arrive until after midnight. Upon checking in, I was asked to present the credit card I had used to pay for the room. Although I had many credit cards with me, I had not brought that particular one because the instructions provided did not specify that it was required. The hotel had only mentioned that a credit card would be needed for a security deposit, which I was fully prepared to provide. Despite this, the front desk insisted that I could not check in unless I presented the same card used for the booking. They threatened to cancel my reservation, which had already cost over $2000 and was supposed to be nonrefundable. However, when I mentioned this, they informed me that they could refund it for themselves but not for me. When I asked for the refund so I could make a new reservation elsewhere, they refused both the refund and my check-in. This situation was utterly frustrating. I explained that while I did not have the physical card, I had it on my phone through Apple Pay, PayPal, and my credit card app. I could also provide billing statements. Despite the hotel having tap-to-pay functionality at the front desk, there were stickers indicating that tap payments were not accepted. It took over half an hour of arguing with both the front desk staff and the supervisor before they grudgingly allowed me to check in, but only “as an exception.” The supervisor later explained that tap payments were not accepted because in the event of a credit card dispute, the hotel has a harder time winning the case. This reasoning seems outdated and reflects a lack of understanding of modern payment technologies. As a millennial, I found it baffling that a hotel would avoid using the technology they already have, especially at the expense of the guest experience. I should not have had to argue to prove I was the person who made the reservation when I had multiple forms of identification and digital copies of the exact credit card used. Additionally, requesting late checkout was another ordeal. It cost $50 for just three extra hours. It took me half an hour to reach the front desk to make this request. When they finally answered, I could hear them dial an extension, only to be transferred to their 800 number, forcing me to navigate phone menus and wait on hold again. Thankfully, the call center representative was far more understanding than the staff I had dealt with in person. In summary, this was an immense waste of money. I would strongly advise staying elsewhere—anywhere but here maybe even Circus Circus. If good customer service is important to you, avoid this hotel. While the lodging itself isn’t terrible, I’m certain there are better options. My suite, for instance, had one window and two bathrooms—a strange layout—and the window was so dirty that it was impossible to see outside at night. Noteworthy details: Terrible customer service and staff.
I had a wonderful stay at Treasure Island Hotel! The location is perfect, right on the Strip, with easy access to many attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great views. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. The casino and restaurants added to the fun experience, and I enjoyed every moment of my stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great Vegas getaway!
Great location and lovely staff! The room is basic, but all you need for a rest after a busy day walking around Vegas. Our bathroom was a little rundown, but still usable. Also a very strong damp smell in the corridors and sometimes the smell of smoke wafted into the lift area. For the price, good value and we’d probably stay againRooms: 4/5
The front desk and Bell hop/ bag handle persons are very helpful and polite. Veronica and Daye went above and beyond. My room was big, clean and wheelchair accessible due to an injury I sustained. They switched me to the accessible room at no charge. They also have 4wheel scooters you can rent for accessible capable persons with injuries etc. Highly recommend Treasure Island Hotel and Resort.
Got a good deal on the room. Our location was great for the concert venue at the Venetian across the street and way cheaper too. Didn't gamble so don't know if slots were loose or not. A major complaint for me was that the toilet was way low. Didn't appear to be standard height at all so for someone with leg and knee issues it was like free falling down and mountain climbing to get back up. Take care on the elevators as there are different ones for different floors. Rooms: Room was fine for our needs however the toilet appears shorter than standard size so anyone with mobility issues will have problems.
