This hotel is the best and the one with the best prices! It's a great hotel. You've got everything you need. People here are so nice. And maintenance is always there. The rooms are very nice and the beds are super comfy. This is where I stayed with my husband on our honeymoon and it went pretty well and now again for my 21st birthday we decided to come here again. It has been such a great experience being there! I love it!

Went there for the kids and took them to the adventure dome!! We had so much fun and the kids had a blast going on all the rides with the all day pass!!! Plenty of places to sit down as well and air conditioning was very nice. Brought our own snacks and was able to sit down and eat. Bathrooms were clean as well. We also walked around and shopped and gambled a little. All in all very fun and entertaining. Perfect place to bring the kids to have fun and also a little adult fun :)

Place is perfect for my 8 year old and family. Rooms on main tower needs to be updated. Beds are a bit old. Buffet is decent with some good choices. Parking is easy to find. I will come back. I really do wish they invest a bit more on the appears of the casino. My kid had a lot of fun so did my family and that is very important to me.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! We won this hotel for two nights. It was an okay experience for free. The rooms weren't very clean, but they were doable. The pool was nice, but you can't take in bottled water.. didn't like this especially when it was bought at the entrance of the pool. The frozen alcoholic drinks were good! I liked the theme and that there were eating, drinks, and a casino so that you didn't have to leave the hotel! If you are not looking for luxurious and a cheap place to just sleep this is a good hotel! They also have hidden fees. They charged us for an extra hotel room and it took over a month to get someone to refund half of it. They came up with bogus fees that we didn't know about. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. Over crowding and aging facilities are a couple of reasons why this hotel failed. Five elevators broke down on a Saturday leading to  overcrowding at the sky tower. No stairs are available and the staff couldn't even point out where they were located. This was a major problem. We lost $50 worth of food because we could not get to our room, leading to spoilage after hours of waiting. Security had to step in to help organize hundreds of vacationers. The elevators usually had long waits when they were working properly. This hotel smells bad and the drains don't drain. To my knowledge, no one was moved or offered compensation. We highly suggest avoiding Circus Circus.
