Staff is always friendly and makes you feel welcome. This is the only place I buy treats for my 1 year old great pyrenees because I know exactly all the ingredients going into them. I've even seen the staff working on treats right in the store! Really awesome that they let you see how it's all made!

Friendly, helpful staff, and really delicious baked treats that dogs love! How do I know they are delicious? Because I've tasted them, to try to figure out why she would get so excited to have them. Good, nutritious ingredients.

Treats Unleashed has reached out to me letting me know they have taken care of the problems I saw on my last visit. I will visit for self-wash again soon and update my review accordingly. *** This review is specifically regarding the self-wash station at this location. My dog is fairly difficult to bathe, and I've learned that the self-wash stations at Treats Unleashed are a gift from above. Unfortunately, the self-wash station at this location has a slew of issues. The water sprayer is a two-in-one soap and rinse. At first glance, I thought this was going to be awesome not having to fumble around with multiple shampoo and conditioner bottles. Unfortunately, I could not get the soap to spray. I grabbed an employee who got it to start soaping up, but as soon as they left the room it was back to just spraying water. I checked to make sure the soap bottles were full and the lines were not twisted, and everything seemed to be in order. Bathing my dog is a traumatizing experiencing for her, and if I were to leave the room again it would be too much. I decided to dry her off and go at this point. The dryer worked well, but there were no attachments to help dry my long-haired dog. Since she has long hair and an undercoat, I end up having to towel dry her anyway. The towels were disgusting. They were no longer white, and smelled wholly like mildew and wet dog. There were hairballs and straw hair from an discernible number of other dogs. I went through five or so towels before realizing I wasn't going to find one that seemed remotely clean. I felt like I needed to wash my hands after handling them. I ended up needing to give my dog another bath when I got home, which defeated the purpose of the self-wash. I've frequented the self-wash at the Brentwood location in St. Louis, and it is miles better (and unfortunately 100 miles farther away) than the one in Columbia. It is much cleaner, the towels smell and look clean, there is a larger variety of brushes and dryer attachments. I will continue to use that location, but I primarily live in Columbia, and this means I'm going to have to take my dog to a local competitor for baths when I'm here from now on. This is a two-star review instead of one due to the staff being very friendly and understanding of my concerns. I was not charged for the self-wash, which I was very appreciative of since I had to bathe my dog again. There was no manager present that I could speak with, but I was told my comments would be passed along. I'm writing this here so hopefully these problems will be addressed. If the issues with the self-wash are fixed, I'd be happy to come back. The location is convenient and I'd love to rack up for self-washes to get a free loyalty bath!

My ten year old min poodle had never had a professional grooming, but just wasn't letting me cut her hair anymore. It got matted and out of control. I was able to get her in quickly and she did just fine. More traumatic for me than her! The groomers were great with both of us. It's far from my house and out of my way, but we came back again.

Amy and the staff at Treats Unleashed does a FABULOUS job! Even better, they put up with my adorable, but dramatic Chow/Lab Mix Sutton who, I know, can be a lot to handle. This was our first visit and I can't say enough nice things about this place. Despite Sutton's temperament, they were patient and didn't leave one hair or detail out of place. I also appreciated how honest our groomer was with me about Sutton's reaction. She let me know what parts made Sutton uncomfortable, but was very reassuring in saying that she was well behaved through most of it! ha ha!. Thanks for taking such great care of my girl!
