on 12/20/2016 I made the biggest mistake - ever. I ordered a set of 4 tires 235/55 R 18 Duro DP 3100 from TriState tire. They have a 60000 mile warranty, and now, after 18200 miles(with tire rotations and moderate driving(I am a senior) all 4 tires are done. I wrote them several emails-they ignored them all. Then I filed a complaint with the Better Better Business Bureau in their area. Because of a Typo with their company name they refused to take responsibility, fully aware that this complaint concerns them. What a rotten way to treat customers. I refiled the complaint and sent them more emails. I think I have to file a lawsuit, which I will do, since they don't do anything.
Never ever will I order tires from this. unserious dealer. If you read this review-do not go there. Their google reviews must be coming all from friends and family members. Look at the Ripoffreport and you know how they do business.

Goes above and beyond for clientel and very honest....will not tell you that you need more than you actually need. Very friendly, knows their stuff, and fair with prices
