This place is amazing! The best dentist I have ever seen, and I've seen a lot! I was impressed with the ease and convenience of getting a very old crown(from a different dentist in a different state)replaced, I was in and out in less than 2 hours with my permanent crown!All of the staff used the safest procedures when caring for me and did it with such sincerity and kindness. The front staff were a pleasure to work with and made the extra effort to get to know me and my family. Dr. Shen and his hygienist,Nicole(?) made this dental procedure a very positive one. Thanks to Trinity Dental, I am no longer afraid of going to the Dentist! Thank you for making this such a positive experience.

EVERYONE is AMAZING!!! I went in for fillings today and walked out with BEAUTIFUL teeth and NO PAIN. Dr. Shen is THE BEST! Patient comfort is #1! I would recommend him to all my friends and family. When work is needed, he never pressures you to get you in the seat. He, of course, advises well, but never pressures you. The staff there is WONDERFUL!! Go to Trinity Family Dental!!! You will not regret it! They WILL take care of you!

Friendly and courteous staff. Caring and professional staff. During my first visit I found out I had a couple of issues to take care of. We then agreed on a reasonable care plan. My second visit required me to have my teeth cleaned. I've always been a little leery of getting this done because I have very sensitive gums. Let me assure you the Hygienist made me so relaxed that I could have fell asleep. These guys are great. Cant wait to get all of my care taken care of. Just had my second visit yesterday. During the visit I had to have a crown removed to take care of a underling cavity. Then have a new crown made to replace the old one. If you ever had the experience of getting a crown then you've probably been through the process of making a mold of your teeth (feels like your choking the whole time while the mold is hardening in your mouth). Then getting a temporary crown, then being told you have to come back in 2 weeks to remove the temporary and replace it with the permanent crown. Well all of that has changed. I was in and out of the office with all of that taken cared of in just one visit. They 3D video your tooth needing the crown then send it to a machine in another room and the PRESTO! in 30 minuets you have your new permanent crown. After they make sure it fits correctly it goes to get hardened and polished (about 10 minuets). Then it's time to cement it in. Fine tuning the bite is very minimal due to the high accuracy of the 3D imaging used. I left extremely happy with the care I received and after the anesthetic wore off there was not even the slightest hint of discomfort. Kudos to Dr. Shen and the Trinity Family Dental Team for a job well done!

I just received a crown. The Doctors has exceptional skills and a great touch. I didn't feel the neddle at all. Five stars from me. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Dentis office to anyone.

I'm so grateful to be a patient to such a caring, highly experienced dentist, Dr. Shen.Let's not leave out his staff, not only do they make you feel like family but they are very caring and very professional!!!
