Krista Shaver has been great to work with. We have dealt with her for several of our trips, including on our latest planned vacation. Unfortunately our trip to Cuba was cancelled because of Hurricane Irma. Krista kept in touch with us online and spent considerable time with us in the office re-booking (to Mexico). We will be booking again and we will be going back to Krista!

Krista has been a great help booking our winter vacation again this year! We always do our own investigating and then she helps us fine tune things with her wealth of information! If she didn't know the answer to our questions, she always found it somewhere. She stayed an hour late helping us get things booked. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family or friends!
