They are trying, they really are. A decent mall, but definitely declining. Attempts to replace retail stores with entertainment and food venues are plodding along slowly but steadily. Too many standalone or shopping center stores nearby that are easier to get in and out of that make it hard though.

Nice plaza just outside of the city of Ithaca, NY. Some nice shops and a Korean market, and the original Ithaca bakery is there as well. This looks like an open air mall that has been enclosed I have not seen every thing in the marketplace, building plan to visit again.

We stopped at THE ROSE for a late lunch . The food was delicious and the service was excellent . The prices are reasonable also . This restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere . It is a great place to come to drink , as well .

I visited the Rose restaurant with two friends recently and our service was excellent! The waitress was so accommodating and nice. She made sure we knew we were welcome to hang out as long as we wanted. It was really refreshing to not feel rushed out after our meal. The food was great and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Fun place to go from Ithaca Bakery to True Value.. Great chinese grocery shop there too. If you're looking for recycled try the Reuse Shop. The Rise is a great place to eat.
