If I could put an exclamation mark at the end of the five stars I would! The AC went out at the office and just like that it was 90 degrees inside. Triple-T responded so quickly, so much quicker than I had expected. Our Service Technician was Cliff N. - he was outstanding. Very efficient in locating and diagnosing the problem, and then getting it fixed. He was so professional and courteous. I felt so bad for the guy! - it was blazing hot outside and up in the attic, but he just got right on it and saved the day. I would highly recommend this company (and Cliff!)! They were great!!

Triple T saved our lives! We had to wait a couple days to get a technician but they came from Spanish fork to Saratoga springs. They called when our tech was on his way so we knew exactly when to expect him. Justin was great he walked us through everything he was doing and why and answered any questions we had. He was extremely friendly and had our ac blowing strong in no time. I don't usually write reviews but they were worth it especially since our house has been 89 degrees and now it's a cool 70. 100% recommend these guys.

My father-in-law needed AC in his new house. I called my friend of 20 years and asked him to do it for me but he was too busy and too far away. He gave me a price to expect and I started calling around. I have heard that Triple T was expensive, but they were the best price of all the quotes I got and just barely above my friend's estimate, which included the "we've been friends for 20 years and you've given me lots of referrals" discount. So much for that rumor! The installation was scheduled for the following week. The installer showed up 5 minutes early and got right to work. I came home from work to find the job done better than I expected. The coolant lines were carefully run in a way that would allow us to sheet rock the garage without the lines getting in the way. I have been involved in construction for 30 years and have seen a lot of installations. This one was one of the best I have seen! My father-in-law said the installer was very nice and professional and made sure they were happy before he left. I will definitely use Triple T again!

Triple T has helped me more than once and gave me the best pricing on new furnaces and ACs for our home. We had been customers for 15 years of another company and they wouldn't even come close to Triple T pricing. We recently had our 17 year-old water heaters go and Triple T had someone out the very next day afte their on-call person helped us (of course at night) get the water turned off. Best experience with a company that we have had.

Our furnace went out in the dead of winter. We live in a log home with concrete flooring, needless to say it is very cold when the furnace stops working. Brett came to install the new furnace and was awesome. He did a very professional job, there is no question he takes pride in his work. I was also taken care of by the technician who came to look at the old one. As well as the sales staff who got someone out to assess and give a quote knowing we were without heat. I would recommend Triple T to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.
