I ABSOLUTELY LUV THIS BUSINESS!  I HAVE GOTTEN 3 VEHICLES TINTED AND HAD ACCESSORIES INSTALLED WITH NO ISSUE. THE PRICES WHERE RESONABLE. I RECEIVED A QUOTE FROM ANOTHER BUSINESS IN THE AREA, BUT I SAVED $90 AT TROPICAL SOUND!   THANKS WILL

Horrible customer service. I'm not a person to write reviews but had to for this place. I went to ge my radio installed and within a few days and it was messed up. Took it back, and claimed he was too busy to even take a look at the issue. Walking in both times nobody was inside, the first time I waited about 10 minutes before getting any service, then the second time two kids tell me to go to the back. I find it unprofessional when they have nobody at the front to greet the customers.

For a company that have been in the community 10 plus years with 3 bad reviews is not bad at all my experience was wonderful and everyone that I sent was satisfied

Ripped me off after telling me one price then changing it when vehicle was brought in and terrible tinting job also. Then when the tints faded for no reason and wanted to charge me to have it removed so they could replace the tints because of their cheap window tints.  Never again will I go to them.  Liberty Auto Restyling does a better job and at a better price then these guys.

Worst tint place ever. I brought my new car there to have them tint it for me and they over charge me . I have a 2011 Honda accord 2 door ..they charge me 190 for it and the tint dont even last long .only last for 6 months then it started to bubble up and they retint it at no charge ..then it bubble up again . They blame it on my car saying its because the rear defroster made it happen ..my friend got her car done some where else and hers last longer then mine and she got it done 2 years before mine ..these guys are a joke when it come to tint windows ..I would never bring my car there again for retint  or refer them to anybody else anymore ..I regret giving them my busines..big regrets
