His customer service is above satisfactory to the point where he even stayed late to make sure there were no issues with the phone set up. My name is Christine Cline and I just wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding service one of your employees gave me. Her name is Denise Stephens and she went above and beyond to make sure that my first experience with Verizon was excellent. I have been an AT&T customer for about 18 years way back to when they were Cingular. :) She convinced me to switch over to Verizon and now I have a better phone, unlimited data and my bill is less! Needless to say I am very happy and it did take some convincing for me to switch as I have been an AT&T customer for so long. We originally went in to get my tablet registered and after hearing the promotions and better cellular service, we decided to switch over the Verizon after being with AT&T for about 10 years. Our representative was so helpful in getting us the best deal for two new IPhones and regular phone for my dad and a brand new Apple Watch. The cost was about the same for everything else at AT&T.

Disheia Latoya was awesome. She was very patient with me while I was making a decision to purchase a phone for my husband's birthday. She walked me through how to activate the phone when I gave him his gift and how to use the phone. She also suggested a way to make my bill cheaper by switching my unlimited plan. I wasn't aware that it was different unlimited plans. My daughter and I were discussing her ideas of a birthday cake and Disheia suggested a cake that she thought would be awesome for my daughter. It was a pleasure to have her as my representative. Thank you Verizon for having such an awesome employee.

Trey Burke was amazing!!!!!! I never experienced such a great humble happy to help man! Absolutely amazing and a pleasure to be around! The whole staff was great and friendly and I have two kids that they didn’t mind being around while helping me! Five stars!!
