Ordered ahead of time using the level up app so I could run in and pick up my food & get back to work. Got to the counter and was told they were out of half the ingrediants needed for my order. Smh. Asked the guy taken orders “so why didn’t y’all let me know when I placed the order?” He responds, “if it was up to me I would have.” It wasn’t worth the breath to advise him I even put my phone number with my order on the app so it was up to someone to let me know you ain’t got the goods to make my order instead of letting me waste 20 min coming somewhere I assume I’m picking up a completed order. This experience actually deserves 1 star but due to prior good experiences here I’m gonna leave this 3 star review and hope y’all will shut down level up orders if you ain’t got the goods to make the orders OR maybe give your customers a call after the order and let them know you can’t do it. Terrible.

My absolute favorite smoothie place ever. If you like health foods or smoothies, you gotta come here. My recommendation is the avacoolada.

This is a great place to get some healthy food. The smoothies sound weird but taste great and the sandwiches and wraps are out of this world. It's a little pricey then a McDonald's or Burger King but trust me you get some great food and it's good for you too

Have gotten smoothies here several times and all were good. Today was no different, however they had SIX people working or should I say hanging out with no organization and no clear leader. We were 1 of 3 couples in the store of which one had already gotten their food. We ordered our smoothies and waited and waited. One guy came in and waited 3-4 minutes at the front counter because the cashier up and walked out of the store for no apparent reason. 14 minutes later we got our smoothies. My real rub here is one of the employees who apparently was going on break was making smoothies I thought was ours, but nope. He took those with him. Oh well, better luck next time.
