Came in ordered 3 smoothies charged for 4, said they would not refund my money because they were busy said I could have a free smoothie card I wanted a refund very poor customer service. This will be the last time I come here, seems like every time something happens. Either learn how to run a business or sell it to someone who knows when something is wrong you fix it.

I want to start this review with the fact that I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but this location needs a lot of work. Frequently understaffed, and walk in orders get priority over mobile orders. I've waited fifteen minutes in the store while other walk in customers go first. Incredibly rude owner as well. Can't recommend.

Had a great experience here. Both of our smoothies were insanely good. And the staff was really friendly and efficient. Would be happy to go back anytime!

I will never eat here again. Walked in. Their credit card machine was down so they told me to pay cash or order it on DoorDash. I ordered on door dash and then they said it didn’t come through their system. It took 30 minutes to make a single wrap. I spoke with 4 employees and all were very short and rude with me. They did not seem to care at all that I was frustrated. Asked for a side of ranch and they said it would be a dollar. I DONT HAVE CASH so did they expect me to door dash a ranch? Absolutely ridiculous. This establishment needs a manager because obviously it is just a bunch of kids trying to run a business. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience.

Angel, at this location, is the best person to have make your food and smoothies if you want them made well and consistently good. I went to the Lincoln Ave locations in Denver yesterday and they had to make my smoothie 3 times to get it right. Came back to the Lafayette location today and my food and smoothie were made perfectly the first time. Thanks Angel.

Smoothies do not have real fruit. Food took forever to make over 25 minutes. It’s too cold inside. Wanted to try something new instead of my staple Chipotle but will not be back. Also almost no vegetarian options, how hard would it be to offer tofu as a chicken substitute??Food: 1/5

Service here has been pretty hit or miss. My biggest grievance is the wait times. I always order online, and most of the time the order is not ready at the expected time. I've waited inside for up to 30 minutes after the expected time, which is just too much. And since this is a smoothie place, you don't want to assume that it will be late and pick up a melted smoothie. It's a conundrum There's also been some inconsistency with smoothies I've ordered. The balance of the ingredients can vary when ordering the same smoothie. Also the quality. I've had issues with smoothies lacking flavor and being watery. Overall I think this is an issue with the location being understaffed, and perhaps the quality expected by the franchise. Either way, it's disappointing.

This is a great place for artificial flavored drinks. THERE IS NO REAL FRUIT IN THESE DRINKS!! This is the most disgusting powdered drinks ever. Granted, it is my fault for not researching prior to ordering.
