Updates included: Summer/Fall Review = It's a great place. School time is always hard though because of staff changes, but they're doing the best they can. All places are feeling that struggle. I'll miss Cassidy, Eva, & Claire maybe she's still there.. Laura, Steve, Ben, Moriah are all amazing too. I'm still getting to know the staff.. All the workers are great & Sean/Shawn forgot spelling is doing a great job as a boss.  You can create your own drink basically, just substitute or add options. Peanut butter, chocolate, & banana are usually my go-to.  $7-8 meals basically in a cup & nutritious... Also it can make a fun alcohol drink for those over 21... I like doing Bahama Mama with Malibu rum as a treat.  I could go on & on...  After working there info!!! "INSIDE SCOOP" lol  BEST DEAL is the sandwich and smoothie $10-$12, but worth it  BEST SANDWICHES: peanut butter crunch, chicken pesto, and anything really cuz they're quite good... Fresh ingredients I didn't get to try them all yet  BEST SMOOTHIES: chia banana, any desert smoothies, or anything with acai berry All are good though  It's the people that truly make the place great, but they're known for their smoothies.  Make it what you want & you can't go wrong. Forget Starbucks haha  Side note Dec. update: Loved it so much I decided to work there in fall and hopefully I'll be back working there one day.  Shout out to: Cam, Logan, Laura manager, Branden, Megan, & Sona who were great to work with   I am likely missing some people from that list, so I'm sorry!! KK

Worst experience ordering here this is how my food came and I don’t know how they expected any of us to enjoy our drinks. So disgusting and unsanitary

I've gotten food and smoothies from this restaurant close to 10 times through Doordash, and I've been very pleased with both the food and smoothies. The smoothie I get is called something like the green detox smoothie, and I appreciate that it's not overly sweet like most smoothies--it's just sweet enough to taste good without tasting like it's too much sugar. The wraps and flatbreads I've gotten have all been very tasty, and they seem like they're probably healthier than many other delivery options I know of. I also really like the apple kale salad you can get as a side with the meal. I'll likely be a long time customer at this restaurant.

Rarely will you experience hiccups in customer service, as a member of rewards i can say it is fast transaction, scanning of rewards and about 2-3 minutes wait for a great shake. Overall great experiences since first visit. Highly recommend.

Ordered 2 flatbread & 2 smoothies.  It was delivered through Grubhub. I got Jennifer’s order & I’m assuming Jennifer got mine. Nothing against Jennifer’s choice but I’m not a pesto fan. It’s ok. I’ll just not eat dinner.  Out of courtesy I called Tropical to give them a heads up that Jennifer may not enjoy my choice. 1- Their number on google is not the same as the number on their website. 2- It doesn’t make a difference because no matter how many times you call both numbers or how long you let it ring - they don’t answer the phone.  I’m gonna guess this is why they have 3 stars.  Pro tip- go to Panera instead. Their smoothies are better & they’ve never messed up my order.

All smoothies are made with a 1/4cup of sugar There is tiny print at the bottom of the list of smoothies saying that all of them have sugar unfortunately not visible enough. You might as well get an ice cream 1/4 cup of sugar =50 grams

Amazing smoothies, good food and very nice staff. Happy they opened so close to home, have been there at least once a week since they opened.

I really wanted to like it, but it was just mediocre. The smoothies are not worth 7 dollars in my opinion. It's mostly ice and water. The peanut butter one had almost no peanut butter taste.

The management is great here! And the staff is super helpful and friendly. Definitely will be coming back to visit!
