I’ve been here multiple times - but today i guess everyone was having a bad day because one lady was yelling at the people in the back & then the people in the back were talking back and talking under their breathe … and i could feel the tension.. I ordered a wrap as shown in the picture and i asked for no tomato’s and i opened it up and see tomatoes and not only that but the lettuce is old as you can see on the edge of that one piece. I hope they get new staff or something because the behavior from all staff today was just bad… there’s no reason for employees to be talking like that to each other and then taking it out on customers.
Waited 30mins for my smoothie. When I arrived I wasn’t helped for a while and they couldn’t take food orders. Long story short this location is consistently understaffed and I blame management/ownership. Despite what some people may think there are lots of people looking for work. Hire them and support your team. This location offers loads of foot traffic and can perform better. The staff was doing the best they could and I felt so bad for them. Support your employees.
The first time I went to this location I wasn't pleased, but I decided to give them another try, and I'm glad I did. Today, the GM, Ques or Quest sp, made my order and it was great. He was also very friendly and personable. I will definitely return!
The young girl at the register was very nice. The two other employees had major attitudes and was not very nice to the girl up front. One was yelling about how she won’t accept cash because she didn’t feel like counting the drawer, told another customer she couldn’t order food because she didn’t feel like making it and then said “I’m done” and stormed out at the end of her shift. There seems to be a lack of management and some scheduling issues. Smoothie wasn’t great.
Worst workers in an establishment. Went here and ordered my food and paid. After waiting for 15 minutes they are all saying how they don’t have the pepper Jack cheese or sauce for my flatbread so the girl decides to just say she is going to do Swiss cheese and ranch instead on my CHIPOTLE flatbread. I do not like Swiss cheese so instead of coming to the front and telling me as the paying customer that they are actually out fo the ingredients needed for my order she decides she is just going to do whatever she wants. At this point all I wanted was a refund and would just go to a different location but they said they aren’t able to authorize a refund... most inconvenient annoying experience. Waste of $15 and my time. Anytime I have ever came in the workers always have attitudes and are very rude. Never seem like they want to be working and just very unprofessional the stuff I hear while waiting for food.
The service was fast paced, the staff were very friendly and helpful with picking items off the menu.. miss Jackie and miss Jessica were very sweet and helpful.. truly amazing store and staff.. keep up the good work
Haven't been to Tropical Smoothie Cafe in years. What a great experience in Palm Beach Gardens! The Manager..JaQuez I think that's how he spells it! was amazing!! So friendly, helped me choose a great smoothie based on my likes. He also manages the Jupiter location on Indiantown Road. Soo glad I went here for lunch. Had the grilled cheese as well. Will visit their Jupiter location next time!
I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but I have to say this location needs to hire COMPETENT workers. The cashier doesn't even understand English, she is latina and as soon as I noticed it because I am latina too I started speaking in Spanish. Then, when I picked up my order, I realized SHE DID NOT EVEN understand what I was telling her in SPANISH, so everything was a mess and what is worse: none of them know what they are doing, she handed me the WRONG order. She was going to charge me for more, and when I started to get mad she finally took off the charges from me, because she finally understood it was HER mistake. As I said, I love Tropical Smoothie, but I am not coming back to this location.
Fantastic smoothies and flatbreads. Wonderful staff - especially Dugal who is professional, kind and attentive. Highly recommend for quick bite and/or smoothie!
