I have gone to this location multiple times, and have always seen horrible customer service. I know that They had new ownership, clearly because the environment is way different from the past. The smoothies are blended too long and are watery. One staff member whom is especially rude each time I have encountered her, is a girl named Angel. If the management was smart they would let her go.

Very well run location. Clean dining room. On this visit I had a turkey bacon ranch flatbread. Very popular lunch destination for local workers. Plenty of parking in this plaza. Five Guys is next door if you have anyone in your party seeking less healthy option. They have a mobile app to pre-order and earn rewards.

Just went to get a smoothie and wrap, smoothie was great but wrap had nasty hard cheese in it like it was over cooked. Won't be going to this location again, very disappointed!!😡😡😡😡

3 strikes and YOU OUT  ......
the first time I went to that location ,
 I waited 25 minutes for my food .
The second time ,I waited 20 minutes and got the wrong order 🤔.
And then today I waited 25 minutes for my take-out (i order a bowl but they gave me a  wrap )I had them make it again these time I got a salad ( but not the one I order !!!!!)
And I forgot to talk about the attitude from the staff .
In conclusion I LOVE Tropical smoothie cafe but NOT that location .( and that sucks because it by my work 😢)

Food was Great, Customer service was awesome but the management/owner was very unprofessional! I have been to this location a few times and sadly today wasnt the first time ive witnessed rudeness, & disrespect from this young man towards his employees! Noone deserves to be treated as they are the seeds to a watermelon .. Truly feel bad for how these individuals are treated (probably) everyday!
