We have started eating here after not going for several years. The food and smoothies are healthful and tasty. Generally it's a fast place to have a good meal. We had a service delay last time we ate there, but the staff kept us updated with the reason for the delay, then gave us a coupon for a free smoothie to apologize.

I want to give this a 3.5 rating. I have eaten at other Tropical Smoothie locations and this one isnt the best one. The food presentation wasn't as good as the others. There isn't a fountain for drinks so their drinks consist of pre bottled drinks which turn out to be more expensive. Overall the food was good but the wraps we had were heated too hot making the lettuce very slimy.

The portion size of the meals are too small compared to the one in Searcy. The Chia banana boost smoothie with peanut butter doesn't taste right compared to the Searcy, Jacksonville, and Cabot store. The staff isn't friendly. The prices have went up compared to the other stores. On the brightside, they are a convenient place to grab a quick bite to go.

I'm starting to leave one-star reviews for all restaurants that keep it so cold in their premises that I am literally unable to eat my food inside.  So, congratulations Tropical Smoothie - you get the first one-star for temperature review.  I'm not even gonna talk about your food - not until this 60-degree-inside madness stops.

Love this location! The staff are very friendly and service is fast! Love the chicken pesto flat bread and all of the smoothies I have tried.
