The management and staff is absolutely terrible. I have stood in this place multiple times and heard them talk bad about the customers orders while the customers were standing in the restaurant. The manager included. Note to the Tropical Smoothie staff: your job is to take and make orders as dictated by your customers with pleasant customer service. You are failing at your job. The only reason you are still in business is because the employees at Harbor Walk Village do not have any other affordable choices. Put a smile on your face and treat people with respect when they are spending their hard-earned money in your establishment.

Terrible customer service, not sure who hires the manager and all the other employees. So disrespectful and ghetto. They talk trash about you as you sit waiting for your food, they all yell and the place is very dirty. 0/10 for sure.

Deserves less than a star. Don't order from here at all - the staff talk trash about your orders while you wait. I should have read the reviews before stopping in here. Very insulting and they don't seem to understand why.

I love Tropical Smoothie smoothie, but you guys need to open earlier. Being in that location you have the potential to make so much more money if you guys would open around 5 or 6 am. Chart boats leave at 6 am, party boats leave at 7 am, dolphin excursions leave at 8 am, parasailing boats leave at 8am, pontoon boat rentals begin at 9 am.... I mean seriously all these people want to get a bite to eat before they go out for a long day on the water and you guys open at 10 am. Do you just not want business?! OPEN EARLIER!

I had the best smoothie and a chipotle wrap it was the best wrap I ever tasted. The employees are attentive and kind. I will go back to this place again and again. Thank you for making my 3 hour trip to Destin Airport a wonderful experience.
