Worst Customer Service Ive ever Experienced!!!!!! Extremely Unprofessional, Poor Quality of Work, And No Consideration or Care for Customers Property!! Caused Interior and Exterior Damage to My Vehicle, when Asked about it, He Lied said it was Already There, Screamed at Me, Insulted Me, and tried Paying Me to "Go Away!". I requested "Dark as Possible" Tint and he Never Discussed Percentages with Me, instead Insisted he Do Things his way, No consideration for what the Customer wanted and was asking for, then When asked why he Lied about What Percentages of Tint were Legal, He Lied Again. Is Not Current with Ohio Tint Laws or simply does Not Care Because He would rather Do things to His Preference than What the Customer is Asking for. Does Not Clean Windows before putting Tint on. Drips Glue all over your Vehicle and tells you He didnt Use Glue. If your looking for Good Quality work and decent Customer Service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Worst Service Ive ever Experienced, ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS!!!!!

Bad Bad Bad 
Stop in and gentleman behind counter says he can't tiny my windows till March 28th . "Bring it in at 8:30am takes about 2 hrs " So I ask if he needs my info and he tells me no I'll write your vehicle discription here on my calendar, I show up at 820am and guy tells me that he had another vehicle lined up because he had not heard from me and figured I'd canceled ! Unorganized and poor customer service ! I tint most of my vehicles, but It won't be with this shop !

Don't keep appointments.

I made an appointment for Monday (today) last Monday 12/14. Showed up at 8AM as instructed to leave the car. Was told there was no appointment today and that it was for next Tuesday. 

2 Problems: 
1) I am out of the area that week (planned far in advance)
2) I would not have it done on a Tuesday as my regular schedule doesn't allow that. 

Was told they called and left a message. No missed call or voicemail. 

One and only time I attempt to do business with a liar
