When a sales & service team goes above and beyond to exceed expectations, an Online Thank You is needed.   Victory Honda delivered a certified Honda to my mother's home (retirement age) - making it very convenient and helpful in terms of providing an orientation of the car.  Prep., delivery, orientation was superb and pricing - competitive.

I am not real happy with this dealership, but thought I would give the service department a try... Well still not overly impressed. 
 I had a flat, unfortunately before my first oil change. There was no road hazard on the tire, not so much a dealership issue as a Honda issue, so I started this appointment a little dipleased. I sent my wife in and she had to wait 1 hour 40 minutes to get the tire put on. That is a touch excessive minus 1 🌟. No valve stem cover minor but caused a return trip, minus 1 🌟. The spare was thrown in the trunk, not put away. This just screams lack of attention to detail, and laziness. Definitely minus 1 🌟 possible 2. When I brought this to there attention minus the tire not being put away, as I descovered that after talking to the representative, he was pleasant and promised to make it right. Plus 1 🌟. He offered to change my oil for free, I declined. I personally don't trust the people, who after the warranty runs out, make good money on repairs, to do the minor upkeep that would keep my car from ending up back in there hands for repairs. Call me crazy. But it was nice to offer. If I need another tire I probably will give the representative another try to see if he is in fact a man of his word, and will make it right.
 Returned in October for tire replacement off the rim this time. No appointment, said they call in an hour when it was done... no call. I returned 2 hours later and it was done. They did a decent job, so I upped my review a 🌟.

My engine light came on and I was nearby.  I called them and the quickly got me in and checked out my situation.  They gave me a very reasonable solution and I was out within the hour.  I was very pleased with their no hassle work on the car (which included a free run through the wash too).   They made my issue an easy one to overcome.

Excellent service, clean and bright waiting area with free coffee and donuts (no gluten free treats, but we can't have everything, right?). Service staff keeps you apprised of vehicle work process, and they'll wash your car before giving it back to you.
