Update- spoke with a very helpful woman who is setting up a service call for us. We should be notified tomorrow about when. So far so good. I'm happy with the service thus far. It's certainly better than my last experience.

Ontario Shake n Tile was very professional. I just had snow guards installed on my steel roof. Sal was courteous and efficient. The original roof was missing snow guards and when the snow came off the roof in the winter time, it shook the whole house. In addition, I was really worried about someone getting injured when entering or exiting the home. I contacted several roofing companies, but most thought my job was too small. Ontario Shake n Tile took my concerns seriously and provided an immediate, affordable solution - just in time for winter. :-) Thanks Dan and Sal!

Too many things I am in happy about to even begin to write. I'm over being disappointed and lied to by this company and felt a negative review was long over due. They still owe me just shy of 2000 dollars from almost a full year ago...

Outstanding, professional, honest company. We were so pleased with the ease of the way Ontario Shake N Tile took care of everything. They followed through with every detail and the staff was in communication with us on the timing and execution and crew chief sent pictures while I was at work! I highly recommend this company for your last roof. They know what they are doing!

The install crews arrived at my home a little later in the morning than we had expected, however, they went straight to work, worked through lunch and continued to just before dusk when they completed. The crew was professional and was careful to avoid damaging my plants around my home and took care to place tarps to catch most of the shingles, nails and scraps from the old roof. Our new Kasselwood roof looks amazing.

Great communication from point of sale to installation.
