We specialize in residential and commercial electrical services, both existing and new construction. We do not try to be a plumbing, HVAC, or a roofing company. I phoned Truitt and made an appointment for Tuesday between 12 -12:30. Tuesday they did not show up so I phoned the office and they told me it would be next Tuesday. Today I waited until 1:15 and phoned the office and was told that the service manager would call me back. They didn't. I phoned again and they told me that they would show up in another 30 to 45 minutes. I have lost confidence in their poorly run office and lack of courtesy. All they had to do is phone and say they weren't coming or that they would be late. Manners are truly lacking here.

I had an appointment at 4:30 and it is now past 5:00. Yet the electrician has not shown up. I called the main office 15 minuets ago and was told the staff member was wrapping up an emergency order. Very disappointed. And I am still waiting here ...

We had a great experience with Truitt. Fair pricing, and very friendly/knowledgeable folks. The job took a bit longer than initially quoted, but they stood by the quoted price. We will definitely use them again in the future.
