I just had a complete house water line replacement and some drain pipes fixed. The crew that did the work were very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to answer questions I had or ask me for my feedback on what I'd like to have done from the options they provided. Very efficient service preparing AC system for the coming summer. Received a call asking if they could send the tech earlier than the previously scheduled appointment. I was delighted to have the visit earlier in the day. Tech was courteous and very efficient. Checked filters and thermostat inside and checked in crawl space to be sure everything was in order. I appreciate the good service!

First time I have ever had a plumbing emergency, of course after 8:30 in the evening. To see water pouring out of a bathroom is a alarming experience. I called Hiller, and Lisa was so calm and professional so I knew exactly what was going to happen and knew help was on the way. Ray quickly and calmly diagnosed and fixed my problem. He was so gracious to explain everything to me. Finally, the price was SO reasonable for coming out late at night. They have definitely gained a new customer. Well done.

Shawn, the technician, came out the same day I called with a leaking water heater. Very professional and explained my options. Since our water heater was 6 yrs past it’s estimated life he recommended we replace it. He was able to remove the old unit, pick up the new unit and install within 3 hrs. Very pleased with my experience with Hiller!

Our plumber was Ray sweat he was absolutely fabulous. So personable honest and willing to explain everything. He was quick and efficient. He made sure he went back over his work to make sure it was in working order he ever left. I would recommend Hiller and especially Ray to anyone needing plumbing work done. Oh and Hiller was half the cost of three other plumbers and the only company that would come out that day. Fabulous company and employees.
