Everything started off amazing. I was in the process of getting my smile back with the assistance of the seemingly polite and professional staff. That is until my entire family came down with strep throat. Knowing that I had some appointments coming up I called and got a voice mailbox. I informed the staff via voicemail that I would need to postpone my future appointments due to the illness and financial situation as direct result of the family illness. my wife's debit card was charged a no show fee and then she was charged for the first installment of the work that I was scheduled to have even though I didn't have the procedure. Wonderful staff and good "bedside manner " so to speak but administratively they fail on every level imaginable. It's a shame that my family , friends and myself will all now be looking elsewhere for our dental needs.

The staff and Dr. Fawson have been very kind and welcoming to me and my wife. They have provided us with excellent service. Compared to the dentist experiences we have had in the past, we would highly recommend Dr. Fawson and his team of kind and caring professionals.
