This bank is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with in all my 50 yrs. I recently had a humiliating experience there and was totally degraded by the head manager and cashier. I am a small business owner and cash checks in many of the local branch banks. When Trustco decided to charge non members a $5 fee to cash checks, I decided out of convenience to open an account (although my primary purpose was to cash checks without having to pay any fees; which I specifically explained to them when I opened this account). Most banks in the area will cash checks for non members with no fees (they only require ID). But due to the location of where we shop, I even convinced my wife to open her account there. The other day I went to cash a check and was told I was no longer a member. When I asked what happened to my account, they told me my account was closed because I had not been depositing money in my account (only cashing checks) and that I would have to pay the $5. They never told me when I opened the account I had to maintain a certain balance or make deposits. They were not making money off me, so they just closed the account. So right in front of customers, the head manager states that they were in the business of making money and that if I didn't like their policy, it was unfortunate and "too bad". After being degraded and hearing this, I told them that if that was their attitude, I would have my wife close her well funded account. In front of customers the Branch manager responded "we don't need your wife's money". My wife and I will never walk into this greedy, unprofessional bank again.

I swear every time i go to this bank its closed. it closes too early on somedays like tuesday its open 9-3 i think. and on every other day it closes at 5...i have to rush from school to the bank so i can cash my checks, i wish they'd at least close a little later on saturdays or at least stay open till 1 on sundays. and i dont understand why they dont let me get an atm card..i'd love to acces my money when i NEED it. It frustrates me, a lot. but i guess when i do actually get to cash my checks the tellers are verrrrrrrrrrrrrrry polite.
