Absolutely amazing!! Dr. Tsar was able to fix my smile without having to put crowns on my 6 front teeth. My first dentist I found after moving to West Palm Beach ( Premier Dentistry )  insisted I have crowns put in. Being in my 20’s I didn’t want to make a  permanent decision that could damage my smile. Dr. Tsar truly works with her clients to make them feel comfortable and satisfied, the staff are also very friendly and make you feel relaxed. Debra, who also works with Dr. Tsar is so kind and has an answer to any questions I might have. Truly one of the best dentist I’ve ever been too! Dr. Tsar is  incredible and amazing at what she does. If you want a smile to be proud of, I truly recommend her!

I had dealt with TMJ resulting in headaches and also grinding my teeth constantly. They were able to diagnose my problem and come up with the best solution. They treated me like family, with care and consideration. The staff always reminded me of appointments via email and phone...accommodating to my hectic schedule. Thanks to Natalia and her team I now have a new smile and the best part it looks natural. Walking into Tsar Dental Excellence was definitely the right choice for me. All the staff and Dr. Natalia are a cut above the rest.

Excellence executed intelligently!

 You will have the best dental experience of your life. This group is exemplary. The office is driven to give you and your family complete care. I have been going there for years. They do everything from cleanings and Invisalign to Neuromuscular Dentistry. Shout out to Yaneth for a great experience with my visit today.

Dr. Tsar and staff are amazing!!! Very knowledgeable,great family atmosphere,  caring and professional!!! My mother also comes here and said it's taken her 74 years to find a dentist she likes!! Highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about the beautiful work Cosmetic Dentist did bonding my front four teeth. She is a perfectionist. They look so natural! I could not be happier. I highly recommend her, I would not go elsewhere. Thank you so much Dr.!
