I went here today for flu like symptoms that had lasted over 2 weeks.  Was a little apprehensive because of all the negative words and bad reviews, but it was close to my house so decided to give it a try.  I am glad I did.  I found the staff to be warm, friendly, and responsive to my needs.  Christina, up front ,was great, appreciated my horrible sense of humor.  The practitioner, think his name was Brad, was super helpful.  I was done in 40 minutes.  Insurance seemed to cover everything with a $20 copay, so can't speak to prices, but seemed normal.  Very relaxed atmosphere, would go there again.

EDIT: I just received a bill from Tuality Urgent Care in the amount of $349.50.  My insurance covered $87.37 of that.  Turns out, the URGENT CARE bills as a hospital stay.  Even though my visit was less than 15 minutes, and I never saw a doctor, I'm being billed as a Hospital stay.  I should of respected the bad reviews.

I walked into Tuality Urgent Care this evening worried that the staff wouldn't take me (I came about 30 minutes before they closed), but everyone I interacted with were so welcoming, helpful, patient, and understanding. The tests they performed were extremely thorough and my doctor and nurse answered all my questions with smiles on their faces. Being from out of state, I am forever grateful to the staff at Tuality Urgent Care for taking me in and staying over-time to care for me. Mahalo!

Never go here!!   Took my daughter 9-27-2017.  They said nothing is wrong drink water.  Next night 9-28-2017 went to st Vincent she had a horrible infection and was given antibiotics.

I always take my daughter here and she loves it! The doctor's are really nice as well as the front reception. My doctor loves getting stickers!
