I've had 2 day surgeries at Tuality and I am just blown away by the care and compassion I received from the staff. All the nurses were incredibly sweet and accommodating. They were also very respectful of my privacy.
I explained a few minor issues I had with the first surgery and they worked very hard to minimise these issues. They didn't rush me out after surgery they let me decide when I was ready to go. I've never been treated so well. I just can't recommend it enough!

My visit to the ER was absolutely horrible.  I was kicked out after 2 hours and told I was fine.  I wasnt, I came back into ER 20 minutes later, had to wait again and was told I'm a liar and needed to leave.  I went to Providence.  Tuality not a good place, take 5 minutes and go to Providence.  Trust me.

I've never felt so taken care of, well-informed, and generally looked after. The day surgery nursing staff was especially exemplary here. Very knowledgeable with an incredible bedside manner.

I went in the er and had a bad pain in my right side just under my ribs was in so mutch pain could hardly walk got in at 7 couldn't stand went out side to lay on the hood of my car while my mom was inside the lobby didn't care the only one who cared was a cop that patrols the place didn't see any one till 1 am when thay asked me to go to the back and wate till the doctor could see me i left and went to a nether place after 30 minits later the worst place to go to er my ass more like have a seat till u are dead or till u get sick of wateing there and go some were else

The specialists, well, "specialists", in putting the IV into people are the worst WORST at their job. 3 pokes and still nothing -_- I can't believe the people at Virginia Garcia have less experience and can find a vein right away and these idiots even with a little machine still can't find a vein -_- Horrible "specialists".
