Started looking for a place to get my power steering pump replaced in my 08 Civic after the dealership quoted me an astronomical price. Found Tuan Auto Repair online and it had over 4.5 stars across the board of review websites so I took a chance and scheduled the service. It was a really good decision. They bought the pump for me that day and had me bring the car in about 3 days later. I dropped the car off, went to work and it was done by lunch. Power steering works like a charm and I didn't have to sell a kidney to afford it. I'll be back!

I had a dead battery about a block away from their shop. Walked in, asked if I could leave collateral and borrow a charger pack. Guy at the desk said "no worries," grabbed a charger and walked down the street with me to get it going. Got everything running, he gave me some pointers on how to deal with another issue with my car. I tried to give him a tip and he refused, just said "I hope your day gets better!"

I have used Tuan Auto for both of my cars for several years. The service is always excellent, with straightforward explanations and very reasonable prices. They are generally booked a week or more, so plan ahead. I would not bring my cars anywhere else.

The man preforms miracles, no doubt about it. The dealership wanted $1500 for trans fluid, oil change, fan fix, and a sensor replaced. Tuan's did it for $160. If you can in any way make time to wait for an appointment, he is worth the wait. Only wish he charged more.
