Prices are reasonable, but that's the only positive thing I have to say. I dropped off a stick edger and was told the wait would be about 5 weeks. Not a big deal, wasn't in a hurry. Waited 6 weeks, called them to ask what was going on. Said they got a little behind, but that mine should be ready by the end of the week, and that they would call me. Waited 2 more weeks and called them again. Said they would get it done by the end of that week. Called me back that day and said it was done, but I didn't have a chance to go by until Friday. Went over, and it still wouldn't start right. Said they would work on it more and give me a call. Called me back on Monday, I went over on Friday, took it home, ran for 1 minute, then wouldn't start again. Took it back, they said they would work on it more. Picked it up again the next friday, Took it home, ran for a few minutes, won't start again. I'm fed up with these people. Terrible communication and failed to fix my stick edger when they had it for almost 3 months.

no nonsense, reasonable cost, the pros.... do not expect 'overnight' or even within a few weeks. they are the best and constantly backlogged.
