I don't know if they'll take you outside of your appointment time.  I arrived in time for mine and got unloaded without hassle. Check in at door W, halfway down the blue building.

Office people really nice. Warehouse supervisor, Jim,  is a lazy jackass. He yelled at the women in receiving and said he'll unload the truck only at the appointment time. They just starred at him in disbelief.  I only had 1 roll of paper and no other trucks in the docks. I'll bet they can't wait for him to retire, have a stroke or just leave. Poor attitudes like that make a hostile work environment for all.
