An owner that puts 4 stars on her website to make her storage facility look better is not a storage facility I will be going to.

We absolutely love this place! We have had storage units here for the last couple of years & I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Elise is probably the worst business owner I have come across.  I notified her if roof leaks by phone, text and email for over a year with no response.  When I needed to move some furniture in during a rain storm, I saw it dripping on my stuff.  I called her and she came out and told me she had the roof fixed last fall.  I looked at the roof and there wasn't one bit of repair material on it (I've been in roofing for 20 years).  When I called her put about lying she said, "It couldn't be leaking that bad because you didn't move!"  Really?  Someone needs to move out before you consider taking care of multiple roof leaks?  When I asked what she would do about it she said she would call around for a roofer, but it might take several months to get someone out.  Really?  I told her I could have one of my crews put there the next day, but she refused.   When I asked her what she would do if my belongings were damaged, she said to read the contract I signed and that she has no liability.  Storage company or not, this type of customer service is inexcusable!  There are several other places less expensive but I travel a ton and just finding the time to move all my stuff is a huge inconvenience.  Rest assured I will be finding the time in the near future anyway.  
The old owner, Brett, was really good about handling issues and even provided additional amenities that Elise has since taken away and then raised the rents.  
Do yourself a favor and find another storage rental comapny.

Oh Hell no. This is a business don't pick up the phone with a snooty ass hello and wait for me to explain what pricing and availability is.
