Tucker Park was perfect for what I needed. The sites on the river have decent privacy, but arrive before 4 p.m. if you want one. Other sites are wooded and private but lack the sound of the river and the breeze. The majority of other sites are generic, close to others. My only criticism is the showers were NOT clean. Flip flops required for them for sure. Bathrooms were slightly cleaner, but not usable for anything other than using the toilet and washing hands. We were at the Cedar site and could fit our 7' 5" x 11' 5" tent at an angle. There is a sand base so expect ants. We also saw a cute little rat... so keep your site clean people! Would return here again for the river sites.

Well maintained, friendly staff great location. You are a little bit close to your neighbor as with most state parks. So expect to be friendly and smell what they're cooking for dinner. Luckily our neighbors were super cool and we ended up making some new friends and drinking buddies!

Cute but small park. Great for a picknic. Gorgeous view of the river.

The tent sites are better than the RV sites. The river view sites are a little snug, but you're right on the water. The host was nice too
