If i could give a 0 qualification to this place i would. The customer service is terrible. After a long day at work i stopped at this place to pick up dinner for me and my family and after ordering 2 salads and getting a really bad attitude from the server i asked politetly for a sub the lady ask me. Are you serious? I dont know where she learned her customer service skills but they are pretty bad.

They are kinda robotic. They accidently toasted my sandwich and then put on the wrong sauce. Line was not that bad. It was just muscle memory I guess. Alittle more attention to detail and i would give it 4☆

I went to this location last night and the service was horrible! Everything you could think of was wrong! - Dirty floors with soda all over and no sign for fall risk ( safety hazard ) - The staff was serving the meatball marinara from on top of the counter and they tried to serve it to us frozen.. they stuck the whole container in the microwave to try and keep them "warm" -Once they realize it was frozen they microwaved our sandwiches for too long and then our bread got rock hard - The staff just snickered about the frozen meatballs and when I asked for my money back because the bread was so hard she said "Sorry but I didn't want to give them to you frozen" This location has gone way down hill as of recently and we will definitely not go back.. they are going to get people sick or hurt with the way the food and cleanliness is being handled.

Alright going on a second week with broken toaster for subs. microwave hmm I think not. If I'm wrong about the toaster please correct me.
