Absolutely amazing customer service! From the salesman to the installation crew, they went above and beyond. 

The salesman was patient and patiently took all the time we needed to decided which shed we wanted and was very knowledgable about our options. He was equally as as patient when a week later we went back in to make some changes. 

The factory workers that built the shed obviously take pride in doing a good job as when the installers put threshed together the pieces fit perfectly.  

Highly, highly impressed with the installation crew. It was over 100 degrees out the day they installed our shed and they were a man down.  We were told that they would be at our house between noon and two.  Due to some complications, the heat and being short a man the did not arrive until between 4:30 and 5pm.  A second crew arrived to help and for some of the crew they had been working since 6am that morning.  Those guys stayed until 8pm to get the shed finished, and took their time to make sure it was level, painted it too and when they left you would have had no idea a work crew had been there, the space was completely clean.  All of the crew were completely respectful. I know they must of been hot, tired , and hungry but they still did a top notch job putting our shed together.  

Tuff Shed is an excellent product and they back that up with excellent employees.  This is our second Tuff Shed and we could not be happier!

This is my second Turr Shed. They are excellent built. I would say if your buying go one size bigger than what you think cause you will use/fill it.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have been so impressed with these folks' courtesy, professionalism and speed. They built me a shed twelve years ago that looks brand new. It's so well constructed that I have lifted and moved it twice in different spots in my yard by crane with no damage whatsoever to it. You can modify it to add doors, I re-roofed it when I was doing my roof because it's built well enough to be worth doing. The metal frame floor makes a huge difference in it's longevity. It really is good materials and built with 2x4's and real framing. Houses my bikes, all my tools and weekend toys. Now I am having them design an Accessory Dwelling Unit / Mother-in-law apartment with me. Really. They do ADU's and they do them all the time and for half of what you'd expect to pay for a rainproof, foundation layed unfinished shell. You or someone else does the interior finish and you make out like a bandit on the savings. They're not just sheds is my point, and they are courteous, professional and conscious of your budget the whole way. Quality folks with a professional staff who make a sturdy product.
