I got to this location Saturday morning at 8am because that's how it's hours are listed on Apple maps. It didn't open until 9. The manager got there at 8:15 and wouldn't help us. They said the security system couldn't be over rid. Ok, but I'm an Electrician that works on security systems and I've never seen that. So it seems pretty obvious that corporate doesn't give their managers access to help people when they really need it. It just so happened that U-haul also messed up so I didn't have time to wait and had to run around with my head chopped off and had to make multiple trips. What happened to customer service? I really blame corporate management for this. They obviously don't appreciate my business.

Great spot. Perfectly located. Terrible hours. Making weekend hours the shortest of the week makes no sense.

I love this place! I've needed a storage unit because I've up an moved overseas a couple of times. Now that I am back in portland I can only afford a one bedroom apt, so I use this unit sort of as a 'garage'. Great central location. Vern has always been so helpful in finding me the right unit (upgraded after the second move). I don't know why someone has reviewed him negatively. That person was probably not showing any respect, you get what you give. All of the staff has always been nothing but friendly and helpful, especially Vern! :)

Would not recommend to any friends or family. 10 and a half hours access per weekend. Very limited hours unless you are unemployed. Weekends are the worst hours with the most people competing for open loading docks. Plus the GM Vern is a not customer service oriented. The slightly cheaper rent is not worth the BS.

Arrogant, rude, offensive bordering on criminal behavior when I walked in with 6 bags from my cab. I had used their facility in Salem and had reserved a room to store my bags while in town. The man behind the counter struck an immediate attitude and became belligerent insulting and outright rude. Refused to let me have the reserved space and when I decided to call a cab to leave and learned my cell battery was dead refused to call a cab . When I asked if I could leave my bags while I tried to find a phone he outright said AND I QUOTE, "Cant promise they'll be here when you come back" I want the central office to Fire this incredibly obnoxious man who outright threatened me, my safety, my property and put me in the position of feeling unsafe by just being there. I will NEVER Ever use USTORE and will go out of my way for years to insure that no one I know will Ever Consider using their business. No One should feel threatened by a counter clerk. I was there at 2:30 in the afternoon on October 4th and do not know the mans name. He refused to tell me his name so If possible I would ask the Company to check their records to determine the identity of their Criminal Employee.
