Very helpful staff. I have patronized this shop for years with good results. Only issue was a wrong diagnosis which would have cost much more and not resolved issue.  Get second opinion prior to having work done for any axle, wheel bearing or frame related work. Generic/generalized automotive repair shops may not be the best choice for these types of repairs.  Management is very fair and will work with you. Highly recommended for routine maintenance and issues that are not highly complex.

Took my car in yesterday to leave it.  The alternator had gone out.  They called me at 5:30  today, stating that the wrong part had been shipped.  Brandon went and got the right part, and stayed until 8 PM working to get my car right and out the door for me.  I'm very grateful for his dedication to getting my car done today.

Quick, courteous service.  Prices are quite competitive.  Oil change was a great deal less than Jiffy Lube and Valvoline Instant Oil Change.

Oil changes are quick and thorough. Make an appointment if you don't want to wait, they're good about staying on schedule!

WARNING ABOUT  TUFFY IN BLACKLICK,  PLEASE SHARE!!  So our family has been using Tuffy in Blacklick for the past three years and have always had great service. New Management took over in October little did I know but I had my oil changed and they called me and told me my car was ready for pickup. When I got there to pick my car up my hood wasn't even latched properly as you can see from this photo. When I went back in and spoke to Brandon and the owner they both told me that my hood was broken when I brought it there they refused to make it right I asked for a refund they refused to refund my money. As you can probably imagine things got a little ugly and when they did Brandon simply looked at me and told me to get out of his shop.  When I said "make me"  they threatened to call the police which they did and I said fine I'll wait right here in the parking lot for them.  Beware of Tuffy in Blacklick I wouldn't send my enemies to have work done on their car to this shop.
