This Tuffy will forever be my preference for anything I need done on my car. The owner and employees are all wonderful, respectful and actually take the time to explain what is going on with my car. 

I came in to get an oil change and get my brakes checked because my car was shaking when I would brake. After I asked some questions, the owner took me into the shop and physically showed me how the break pads and rotors were wearing. I am a very visual person and don't know much about cars so this was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I ended up having to leave my car overnight because a part for another issue wouldn't arrive until later, and the owner even offered to get me an uber. Such great customer service.

My friend needed a new hose for his power steering. They charged about $300 with the flush, which is pretty expensive, but that is not why i'm rating them poorly. They told him he needed a fuel system cleaning and new license plate bulbs and sockets. Let me start by explaining how BS the "fuel system cleaning" is. All they do is put a fuel additive in your tank, replace the air filter and clean the throttle body. They do NOT replace the fuel filter, which is really what you would want to get changed on your fuel delivery system. Also, what does an air filter and throttle body have to do with fuel delivery? The air filter cleans the AIR and the throttle body lets AIR into the manifold. All my friend needed to do was buy a new air filter for $10, fuel additive for $5 and throttle body cleaner for $8. They charged $110 for this simple, cheap, 10 minute fix. I wish my friend had called me before agreeing to all of these services because the fuel system cleaning did not need to be done and the bulbs and sockets for the license plates are a very cheap fix and can easily be done at home for under $20. Do not go to these guys, if one of those news channels was going around here with hidden cameras to find bad auto repair shops, this place would get nailed! 

Just an update. Owner thinks I posted this review because I wanted my fuel filter put on for free. He and I both know that I told him I have the fuel filter and just wanted to borrow his lift so I could connect to to my car. I was going to do the work. He kindly refused and that was the end. Not cool to make up stories

Let me start off by saying that Allen and Richard are the best. As a woman I feel very comfortable in bringing my car here without feeling like I'm being gipped. Prices are fair and reasonable. They always handle things quickly and explain things politely with great details. 3rd time I've come here and I'm always reassured that my car is in great condition. This will always be were I take my car from now on.

This is my 3rd time at Tuffy the staff is very courtesy helpful and understanding of your time if you ask them a question on what you notice is going on with your car they can answer it. I am glad that they are a AAA Approved Repair shop. There prices are up front and reasonable compare to must shop. If you are a AAA member take advantage of the discount and warranty that you get just for being a AAA member. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER
