Just started seeing a doctor here. He's very friendly and so is the rest of the staff. Might go 5 stars after more time.

I called and was told they don't accept NHP because they already accepted a limited number of people on that insurance. They just opened!  Stop treating people like credit cards.

After taking my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance for years, the corporate office decided to no longer accept my plan.  Forcing me to switch to another PCP.

It is not acceptable for a practice to drop an insurance plan without any prior notice (and for no good reason, and I've spent a lot of time on the phone complaining to their corporate office)

My health insurance changed. Even though I'm no longer with them,  I will always appreciate the staff - very caring and phenomenal service!
